About the Position
The Licensed Clinical Supervisor will report to the Chief of Clinical Programs. The successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative supervisor and will work with the Chief of Clinical Programs to ensure effective and efficient offering of services in the Medi-Cal and grant funded mental health programs. Scope of Work
Under the supervision of the Chief of Clinical Programs, coordinates and evaluates the services and productivity of the Medi-Cal and grant funded counseling programs that will contribute to the agency’s overall success. May serve as the lead program contact for a small counseling program.
Duties & Responsibilities
Plans, implements, monitors and evaluates performance goals of Medi-Cal and grant funded clinical programs
Monitors staff’s productivity and ensures compliance to quality assurance
In partnership with the Chief of Clinical Programs, develops a training program for clinical and case management staff.
Provides clinical supervision to clinical team members
Acts as liaison between assigned program area and other programs
Maintains cooperative working relationships with school and community partners
Participates as a crisis response supervisor for the agency
Supports the Chief of Clinical Programs on a variety of reports and records for administrative, evaluative and professional purposes
Principles and practices of planning, organizing and supervising staff and programs
Utilization of Electronic Health Records System
Psychological and social aspects and characteristics of emotional disturbances and mental illness
Principles and methods of counseling and the accepted techniques for assessing psychosocial behavior
Human behavior and development
Pertinent laws and regulations regarding health and social service programs
Appropriate community resources
Training & Experience
Requires Licensure, a master’s degree with a Major in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage, Family and Child Counseling and a minimum of two years’ experience as a Licensed Clinical Supervisor. Must meet the minimum qualifications of the California Board of Behavioral Sciences to supervise MFT or MSW Trainees, Interns and Associate Social Workers. LCSW highly desired.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Valid California driver's license and clearance for agency vehicle insurance coverage. Fingerprinting for licensing, criminal record clearance and necessary physical exams are required.

Annual Salary Range
$73,599-$81,293 (Initial offer based on experience). A $500 sign-on bonus after three months of employment.
